#6 Wolverines blowout #3 C.C. Spartans 36-0

The Northeast Georgia Wolverines came into this game needing a bounce back game after losing the previous week to the Georgia Falcons 12-26. Well, they didn’t just bounce back, they kicked the door in as they beatdown the Clayton County Spartans 36-0. From the beginning the Wolverines meant business and the Spartans found that out the hard way. The Spartans who have been very impressive since joining the EAFL ran into a very focused Wolverine team that was hungry after an embarrassing loss. Both teams will be ready for the playoffs in 2 weeks, and both will have to be hitting on all cylinders to represent the North Elite in the ELITE Bowl Championship Game. Can the Wolverines carry this momentum into the playoffs as they secured a first-round bye with Saturday’s win? Can the Spartans put this game behind them and get back on track?
